This privacy policy explains how Launch Ready Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information when you use ReferralReady Networking Calendar (the “Service”). The Service is offered as a paid Early Access web app. We wrote this in plain language so you know what to expect.
1. Information we collect
When you sign up or use the calendar, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Business name and city
- Promo code, if you enter one
- Trial and subscription dates, and account or billing status mirrored from Stripe
- Your optional marketing email preference
- Payment and subscription information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Calendar usage needed to operate the Service, such as region/city filters you choose and when you last accessed your account
- Event reviews or feedback you submit (which may be moderated before appearing publicly)
The Service uses passwordless access. We do not collect or store account passwords. Returning members restore access with the same email address used at signup, together with a private browser access token and active subscription eligibility.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your membership
- Provide access to ReferralReady Networking Calendar
- Process trials, subscriptions, and billing with Stripe
- Send account-related emails (for example, access, subscription, or billing notices)
- Send marketing emails only if you opted in
- Improve the Service and fix problems
- Respond to support requests
3. Sharing with service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted providers who help us run the Service, such as:
- Stripe — for payments and subscriptions
- Go High Level — for CRM and email follow-up when enabled
- Hosting providers — such as Render, to operate the website and application
These providers are only allowed to use your information to perform services for us.
Sharing and “do not sell” language should be reviewed by the service owner before live paid launch.
4. Marketing emails
Marketing tips and featured-event updates are optional. If you check the marketing consent box at signup, we may send those emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send account-related emails about your trial, subscription, access, security, or important service changes.
5. Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Access relies on passwordless tokens and Stripe-backed subscription status rather than account passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
6. Your choices
You may:
- Request an update or correction to your account information
- Request removal of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the opt-out method in those messages or by contacting us
