ReferralReady Networking Calendar

Effective date: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Launch Ready Solutions LLC (“Launch Ready Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information when you use ReferralReady Networking Calendar (the “Service”). ReferralReady Networking Calendar is a product and brand operated by Launch Ready Solutions LLC.

1. Who operates the Service

Launch Ready Solutions LLC

2. Scope

This policy covers the ReferralReady website, member calendar, signup and access flows, billing integrations, review features, and related support communications. It does not cover third-party event organizer sites or other services you visit through external links.

3. Information collected

We collect information you provide, information created when you use the Service, and information from service providers that help us operate billing, email delivery, hosting, and CRM mirroring.

4. Account and signup data

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Business name and city
  • Promo code, if entered
  • Terms acceptance version and timestamp
  • Marketing enrollment status
  • Passwordless access token (not a password)
  • Trial or invited-access dates and account status

5. Billing data

When billing is enabled, we store subscription and checkout metadata mirrored from Stripe, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, price or promotion metadata, payment state, trial dates, cancellation flags, period end dates, webhook event identifiers, and related audit records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Usage and technical data

  • Region, city, and other calendar filters you choose
  • Last access timestamps
  • Anonymous visitor identifiers used for region-usage analytics
  • Server logs and request metadata needed to operate and secure the Service
  • Browser or device information present in ordinary HTTP requests

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies on the Service.

7. Cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage

We use the following browser storage technologies:

  • Cookie lexington_trial_token — HttpOnly access token for passwordless membership sessions (long-lived).
  • Cookie lef_vid — HttpOnly anonymous visitor id used for first-party region-usage analytics (long-lived).
  • Cookie rr_referral_intent — referral attribution intent token when a referral link is used (time-limited). Public referral rewards are not part of the current launch offer, but attribution data may still be stored when referral features are enabled in the product.
  • localStorage — may store a copy of your access token and calendar filter preferences for convenience on your device.
  • sessionStorage — may store short-lived signup email, access-code request timing, and UI dismissal flags for the current browser session.

These technologies are used to operate the Service, remember preferences, and measure region usage. They are not used as advertising trackers.

8. Review data and private drafts

If you submit or draft an event review, we may store:

  • Required 1–5 star rating
  • Optional industry snapshot
  • Optional useful-connections response
  • Optional usefulness factors and free-text “other” details
  • Optional written comments
  • Private server-side drafts restored across sessions
  • Moderation status and pending comment text awaiting review
  • Association to a recurring event review group

Drafts are private and do not affect public averages or counts. Public pages may show approved reviewer display name, rating, comment, and limited attendance fields. Public star averages are shown only when enough approved ratings exist (currently at least three). Structured optional fields and emails are not shown in the public comment list.

9. Referral-attribution data

If referral features are enabled in the product, we may store referral codes, share-link intent, referral relationships, qualification evidence, and reward ledger records. Public referral rewards are not part of the current launch offer. We still disclose this category because the underlying systems may process attribution data when those features are turned on.

10. Communications data

  • Support emails you send to us
  • Access-code emails and related delivery metadata via Resend
  • Marketing enrollment status and unsubscribe requests
  • CRM contact and lifecycle fields mirrored to GoHighLevel / LeadConnector when enabled

11. How information is used

  • Create and manage memberships and passwordless access
  • Provide the calendar, reviews, and related product features
  • Process trials, subscriptions, and billing with Stripe
  • Send transactional account emails
  • Send marketing emails when you are enrolled
  • Mirror CRM lifecycle data for operations and automations
  • Measure region usage and improve the Service
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Respond to support and privacy requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

12. Marketing versus transactional messages

Starting a trial or subscription enrolls you in ReferralReady marketing communications, as disclosed at signup. Marketing may include networking tips, featured events, newsletters, product updates, promotions, and related business-networking content. You may unsubscribe later. Unsubscribing does not cancel your subscription.

Transactional messages may still be sent when necessary, including access codes, billing and payment notices, trial or subscription status notices, security notices, and material service or policy updates. Access-code emails are transactional and do not include marketing content.

13. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for third-party targeted advertising based on our review of the current product. We share information with service providers that process data for us, and we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization such as a merger or asset sale.

14. Stripe

Stripe processes payments, Checkout, Customer Portal sessions, webhooks, and related billing events. Stripe receives the billing information needed to charge and manage your subscription.

15. Render

The Service is hosted on Render. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request logs, and application data needed to run the website and database.

16. Resend

We use Resend to deliver transactional access-code emails. Resend receives your email address and message content needed to send those codes.

17. GoHighLevel / LeadConnector

When enabled, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) receives CRM mirror data such as contact details, lifecycle or access state fields, promo metadata, and marketing enrollment status. GoHighLevel is a CRM mirror only and does not grant calendar access. Marketing workflows should honor the marketing enrollment status we sync.

18. Public review content

Approved review content you choose to publish may be visible to other members. Private drafts, moderation notes, and non-public structured fields remain private to the Service and authorized operators.

19. Third-party links and Add to Calendar

Event registration links and “Add to Calendar” actions may send you to third-party sites or create calendar files for providers such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their data handling.

20. Data retention

We retain information:

  • While your account is active
  • As needed to provide the Service
  • For billing, accounting, and tax purposes
  • For fraud, abuse, dispute, and security prevention
  • To meet legal obligations
  • In backups and logs for a limited operational period

Private abandoned review drafts are not described as permanent and may be deleted when no longer needed; the product currently allows members to clear drafts, and we do not promise a fixed automatic cleanup schedule.

21. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small subscription web service, including passwordless tokens, HTTPS hosting, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

22. Access, correction, deletion, and export requests

There is currently no fully automated self-service privacy portal. To request access, correction, deletion, a copy/export of your information, review modification or removal, or help with marketing opt-out, email support@getreferralready.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may retain information required for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, security, tax, or other legal obligations even when other data can be deleted or restricted.

23. Marketing opt-out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages, Email preferences while signed in, or by contacting support. We store your marketing enrollment status in our database and sync it to GoHighLevel when lifecycle sync is enabled so promotional automations can be suppressed. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.

24. Children and eligibility

The Service is intended for adults 18 years or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

25. Kentucky and other state privacy rights

Depending on your location and whether statutory thresholds apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. Kentucky’s Consumer Data Protection Act may apply only if legal thresholds are met. Regardless of threshold status, you may contact us at support@getreferralready.com to make a privacy request. We will respond according to applicable law and our operational ability.

26. No sale or targeted-advertising statement

Based on the current product, we do not sell personal information and do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context targeted advertising. We do share information with service providers as described above.

27. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we post an update. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
