Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

The Service is provided by Launch Ready Solutions LLC, 1025 Ashley Way, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky 40342. Contact: support@getreferralready.com.

2. Eligibility and authority to contract

The Service is intended for business professionals and other adults who use networking events in the ordinary course of business. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter this agreement for yourself or for the business you represent.

3. Description of ReferralReady

ReferralReady Networking Calendar helps members discover business-networking events in supported metro regions, including Lexington Metro and Louisville Metro. We may expand, pause, or adjust available regions over time. Event listings are aggregated from public and partner sources and may change without notice.

4. Account access and passwordless login

Calendar access is passwordless. Access is tied to your signup email, a private browser access token, and subscription or trial eligibility confirmed through Stripe (when billing is enabled) and our billing records. Keep your email account secure. Do not share access links, codes, or tokens. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account on your devices.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is a recurring monthly subscription. Standard pricing is $15 USD per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. A valid payment method is required to start a Stripe Checkout trial or paid subscription.

6. Standard trial

New subscribers ordinarily receive a 7-day free trial through Stripe Checkout, unless a longer promotional trial, invited access program, or other eligibility rule applies. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged when the trial converts to a paid subscription.

7. Review-based trial extension

During a standard 7-day Stripe trial, submitting one qualifying event review through the Service’s review flow may extend your trial to 30 total free days. Opening the review form is not enough; a qualifying review must be submitted and must meet our eligibility rules. We may deny fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible attempts. Promo-code users who already receive a 30-day trial, BETA60 participants, and other ineligible accounts do not receive an additional review-based extension. We do not guarantee that every submitted review will qualify for an extension.

8. Promo-code trials

Approved promotional codes NETWORK30, BNI30, CHAMBER30, and KRISTINE30 may provide a 30-day trial. Each promo code may be redeemed once per email address. Promo-code trials use the same early-adopter pricing structure described below when early-adopter enrollment is open. Promo-code trials do not receive an additional review-based trial extension.

9. Early-adopter pricing

• Paid early-adopter enrollment remains available through October 31, 2026 (Eastern Time end of day, as configured).
• Qualifying early-adopter subscriptions are billed at $10 USD per month for the first 12 paid billing cycles.
• After those 12 paid billing cycles, the price becomes $15 USD per month automatically while the subscription remains active.
• Canceling and later resubscribing may make you ineligible for the same early-adopter offer.

10. BETA60 access

When enabled, the invited BETA60 program may provide about 60 days of access without creating a Stripe Checkout subscription. Capacity and eligibility are limited. A BETA60 participant who later converts to paid access does not receive another free Stripe trial. Early-adopter pricing may still apply to a paid conversion if enrollment remains open and other rules are met.

11. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the then-applicable monthly price until you cancel.

12. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel billing through the in-app Manage billing flow, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal for your account. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After you cancel, you ordinarily retain access through the end of the period already paid, unless Stripe shows a different effective date for your subscription. If you cannot open Manage billing, email support@getreferralready.com from the email address on your subscription.

13. Failed payments and grace periods

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe and our billing records may place the subscription in a past-due state. We may provide a short access grace period (currently three days from the past-due start we record) before access is blocked. Update your payment method promptly through Manage billing to avoid interruption.

14. Refunds and disputes

Except where required by law, payments are generally nonrefundable. Cancellation prevents future renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not provide automatic prorated refunds for unused time. Launch Ready Solutions LLC may issue a discretionary credit or refund in a particular case without creating an ongoing obligation to do so again. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in suspension of access and review of related rewards or promotions.

15. Marketing and transactional communications

By starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive ReferralReady marketing emails. Marketing may include networking tips, featured or recommended events, newsletters, product updates, promotions, and related business-networking content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails later using the unsubscribe link in those messages, Email preferences in your account, or by contacting support. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your subscription.

We may still send necessary transactional or account messages, including access codes, billing and payment notices, trial or subscription status notices, security notices, and material service or policy updates.

16. Reviews and user content

Members may submit event reviews. A star rating (1–5) is required. Other review questions are optional, including industry, useful-connections responses, usefulness factors, and written comments. The Service may store private drafts on our servers and restore them across sessions. Drafts are not public and do not affect public averages or review counts until a review is submitted. Members generally may maintain one current review per recurring event group and may update that review.

Written comments may be moderated before publication. When you edit an already approved comment, the previously approved text may remain visible while the new wording awaits moderation. Public star summaries are shown only when enough approved ratings exist (currently at least three). We do not guarantee that every review or comment will be published.

You retain ownership of your review content. You grant Launch Ready Solutions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, moderate, and remove content you submit in connection with operating and improving the Service. Do not submit defamatory, unlawful, harassing, confidential, or knowingly false content. These Terms do not prohibit honest negative reviews about your experience with ReferralReady.

17. Event information and third-party links

Most listed events are organized by third parties. Event details may change. You should verify dates, times, costs, locations, availability, and registration requirements with the organizer before attending. Listing an event does not imply endorsement. Event reviews reflect user opinions. ReferralReady does not guarantee attendance, referrals, revenue, usefulness, or other business outcomes. Third-party registration sites and calendar providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

18. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or publish your personal access token, codes, or account credentials
• Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape the Service in ways that harm availability
• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes
• Submit false signup information or misuse promotional, trial, or review offers
• Copy or resell calendar data to build a competing event database
• Interfere with the Service or other members’ use of it

19. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and curated presentation are owned by Launch Ready Solutions LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business networking planning while your subscription, trial, or invited access is active. Third-party trademarks and organizer content remain the property of their owners.

20. Availability and service changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, source-site outages, payment-provider issues, or product changes may temporarily affect the Service. We may modify features, regions, or pricing for future periods as permitted by law and these Terms.

21. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, nonpayment, or operational necessity. You may stop using the Service by canceling your subscription as described above. Billing records, audit history, and other records may be retained as needed for lawful business operations.

Referral rewards are not part of the current launch offer. We may introduce a separate referral program later under additional terms.

22. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that event listings are complete or error-free, or that the Service will meet your business goals.

23. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Ready Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on event listings, missed events, changed event details, third-party registration systems, or business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Launch Ready Solutions LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.

26. Venue

Subject to applicable law, courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky are the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service. Venue details may be refined after attorney review.

27. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we post an update. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
