Terms of Service

1. The Service

ReferralReady Networking Calendar is a paid web app that helps business professionals discover networking events in supported metro regions. The Service is offered in Early Access for Central Kentucky and Louisville / Southern Indiana. Event listings are aggregated from public and partner sources and may change without notice. We continue improving the product and may add regions over time.

2. Subscription, Early Access pricing, and trial

• The Service is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe Checkout.
• During Early Access, the public founding-member rate is $10 USD per month for new subscriptions started under that offer.
• Founding members keep the $10 USD per month rate for as long as their subscription remains continuously active.
• If you cancel and subscribe again later, you will be charged the then-current public rate offered at signup (which may differ from the Early Access founding rate).
• The planned standard public rate after Early Access is $15 USD per month for new signups. Changing the public signup price does not migrate continuously active founding subscriptions to a new rate.
• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial unless an approved promotional code provides a longer trial.
• Approved promotional codes may provide a 30-day trial. Each promo may be redeemed once per email address.
• A valid payment card is required to start a trial through secure Stripe Checkout.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically when the trial converts to a paid subscription.
• Referral rewards (including free-month referral offers) are not part of the current live Early Access offer.

Pricing language above reflects the current Early Access commercial plan and should be reviewed by the service owner before live paid launch.

3. Cancellation and billing changes

• You may cancel anytime and update your payment method in the in-app Manage billing flow, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal for your account.
• If you cannot open Manage billing, email info@launchreadysolutions.com from the email address on your subscription.
• Cancellation is processed at the end of your current billing period unless Stripe shows a different effective date for your subscription. After you cancel, you generally retain access through the end of the period already paid.
• We do not promise prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless we expressly agree in writing for a specific request.

Cancellation and refund wording should be reviewed by the service owner before live paid launch.

4. Event information and verification

We work to keep event information useful and current, but times, locations, registration links, and availability can change. You are responsible for verifying event details and registration requirements with the event organizer before attending.

Reviews, descriptions, and other event details may be submitted or curated by users or administrators. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every listing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or publish your personal access token or account credentials
• Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape the Service in ways that harm availability
• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes
• Submit false signup information or misuse promotional offers

6. Access and account security

Calendar access is passwordless. Access is tied to your signup email, a private browser access token, and subscription status confirmed through Stripe and our billing records. Keep your email account secure and do not share access links or tokens with others. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account on your devices.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and curated presentation are owned by Launch Ready Solutions or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business networking planning while your subscription or trial is active.

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Early Access means we continue improving the experience. Maintenance, hosting changes, source-site outages, or third-party payment issues may temporarily affect the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Ready Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on event listings, missed events, changed event details, or third-party registration systems. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or operational necessity. You may stop using the Service by canceling your subscription as described in these Terms. Billing records and audit history may be retained as needed for lawful business operations.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.
